Your information is used to process bookings and send e-tickets, verify your identity via OTP authentication, send booking confirmations and event reminders, improve our platform and personalise your experience, comply with legal obligations, and communicate important service updates.

Payment Information

All payment transactions are processed by Cashfree Payments, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Ama Jatra does not store card numbers or sensitive payment credentials. We retain only the transaction reference ID and payment status necessary to manage your booking.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with event organisers to facilitate ticket validation, payment processors to complete transactions, and as required by applicable law or a court order. All third parties are contractually bound to protect your data.

Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Booking records are retained for a minimum of three years for legal and financial compliance. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting support.
