Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Ama Jatra ticketing platform. These terms govern your access to and use of our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Ama Jatra platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and purchase tickets on Ama Jatra. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. Accounts registered on behalf of minors must be managed by a parent or legal guardian.
3. Ticket Purchases
All ticket purchases are subject to availability. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST. A convenience fee and applicable taxes may be added at checkout. By completing a purchase, you confirm that the information you have provided is accurate.
4. Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only after successful payment. Your e-ticket with a unique QR code will be available in your account under "My Tickets". Ama Jatra is not responsible for tickets not received due to incorrect contact details provided by the user.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Tickets are non-refundable except in cases of show cancellation by the organiser. In the event of a cancellation, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Ama Jatra reserves the right to apply a processing fee of up to 5% on refunds.
6. Ticket Transfers
Tickets are non-transferable and are linked to the purchasing account. Resale of tickets above face value is strictly prohibited. Ama Jatra reserves the right to cancel tickets found to be resold or transferred without prior written approval.
7. Entry Conditions
Ticket holders must present their QR code at the venue for scanning. Entry may be refused if the QR code has already been used, if the ticket is found to be fraudulent, or if the holder fails to comply with the venue's rules and code of conduct.
8. Promo Codes & Offers
Promo codes are valid for a limited time and subject to conditions specified at the time of issue. Only one promo code may be applied per transaction. Ama Jatra reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer without prior notice.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Ama Jatra platform including logos, text, images, and software is the property of Ama Jatra or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
Ama Jatra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant booking.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or an in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
